Spaulding students participated in our annual bus safety evacuation drills today. A special thank you to the amazing bus drivers who spent time teaching students what to do in case of an emergency.

Ohio's annual sales tax holiday is now 10 days long, just in time for back-to-school shopping. A provision in Ohio's budget added more tax-free days to this year’s holiday, which now runs Tuesday, July 30 to Thursday, Aug. 8. According to the Ohio Department of Taxation, the sales tax waiver will cover all tangible personal property that is $500 or less, with some exceptions. Mrs. Greenberg’s students are loving book clubs! 📖 They're diving into group discussions, applying skills learned all year.
Mrs. Petersons class finished reading The Big Friendly Giant, and had a BFG novel study party. They are comparing and contrasting the book verses the movie while snacking on food that was mentioned in the book and movie!
Mrs. Phillips had a glow party in her classroom this week. With everything glowing, students completed fun activities to practice a variety of fourth grade math skills.
Spaulding's Servant Leader group shared the service projects they have worked on this year at tonight's Board of Education Meeting. Mrs. Singleton and these students are doing incredible things!

We had our biggest crowd yet for lunch with the principal! Loved celebrating our warriors today and hearing about their awesome spring break plans!
The things we do in the name of learning! Mrs. Edwards and Mrs. Strauss's students read about bugs and wrote an opinion writing about bugs on the cafeteria menu. Which of course meant, we had to try them!!🪳🪲🐛
